Butterfly Card by Vicky

Hi everyone, it's Vicky here today with
Today I am showcasing the "Ink
Splat Butterfly" by Indogoblu, which is one of Limor Webber’s
designs. I am so in love with this butterfly, so today I am going to
show you an easy way to create a dimensional card using this butterfly
The design is simple, because the
butterfly stamp is so striking that you really don't need to add much.
I have used heat embossing as well as paper piecing.
The embossing was done using the
"Chateau Rose" embossing powder from the "Tres Chic" collection by
Lindy's Stamp Gang, another design by Limor Webber. What I love about
this card is that it is so versatile. You can change the background
papers, the color of the embossing powder and the sentiment to have a
card to fit occassion. Go ahead and use the same design to create a
birthday card, a friendship card, a miss you card or even a sympathy
card, by simply switching out the sentiment! These would make great
gift sets as well!
Here is a quick video tutorial showing
you how I created this card.
Thanks for stopping in today, I hope I
have inspired you.
