Vicky Frame

Hi everyone, it’s
Vicky here today with my first designer post, and I am so excited to
be a part of this amazing design team!

Today I am sharing an
art journal that I made, which is whimsical and vibrant. I just love
happy layouts.

To create this
layout, I used mainly gelatos and big brush markers, both by
Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft® and
available in the shop.

To create my house I
used patterned paper and once I’ve glue it down with gel medium I used
my Faber-Castell big brush markers on top to create my shading and
bring everything together.

Blending gelatos is
so easy and the vibrant colors you get are just stunning! Here is a
closer look to my whimsical flowers

Watch the step by step video below to
find out how I made my layout. I share tips on how and why I use each
one of the supplies.

Hello! I really love & enjoy watching your art journal vids. This is the second time I’ve watched this particular one, and I think I got more out of it the second time around after I gained a little more experience. I love that you show/list all the products you use, but I didn’t see a listing for the small, individual alphabetic stamps (they looked like they were attached to little mini spools?). I would LOVE to know where you got them – I think they’re exactly what I’ve been looking for!
