Hello it's Fiona here with you for the first time as Guest
Designer for Limor Webber Designs. I am so excited to share with you
my project. I am a lover of water colours. I use them in all of my
creations, so I decided to create
a layout using the IndigoBlu stamp "Lost in Thought" as a main feature
on the page.

Today I want to share with you some water colour
techniques using the Lindy's Stamp Gang Flat Shots. I used the
Pineapple Paradise from the Caribbean Cruise set.

I have a video tutorial demonstrating how I simply
add water to create a vibrant liquid water colour effect.

I Used two copies of the same photo printed at
different sizes to compliment the design I have chosen. I edged the
photos with washi tape "Script"
and "Triangles" both available from Limor's shop.

For your
convenience, I will link up the supplies below for easy reference.

The title is a row of kisses and hugs from the
American Crafts Amy Tangerine Thickers set "Twins".

The IndigoBlu stamp "Lost in Thought" compliments
the photos and the mood perfectly.

For added interest and texture, I added stitching to
this layout using my sewing machine.

Here is a video tutorial showing the steps I have
taken to create this layout.

Thank you for taking the time to check out my creation. I'll pop in
again at the end of the month with my second project for Limor using
some more of the fabulous products from her store.

Thank you Sherry. I love trying new ways of creating and this one was so much fun. I love how the stamp was the inspiration for the page rather than the after thought as it often can be. I learnt a whole new way of creating thanks to this project. I’m really glad you liked it xx

  4. Renee Aslette says:

Fiona, this is amazing! I love the tutorial, you really made the yellow pop on your layout and love the stitching detail and the doodling. LOVE!!

  5. Fiona Paltridge says:

Thank you Renee. I don’t often use yellow but i think I’ve now developed a “thing” for it LOL so you might be seeing some more of it in the near future from me xx
