Hi everyone!

It's Mindy

I have a mixed media layout tutorial to share with you.

I started out by adding some Gesso to my patterned paper. This is a 12x12 piece
from the 7 Dots Studio's Messy Head Collection. You can find the 6x6 Messy Head Paper Pack in the
Limor Webber Shop.
I spread it out with my Plastic Pallet Knife Set leaving the Gesso a little thicker in some areas, then dry
with a heat tool.

I placed a Hazel & Ruby Mask to the bottom of my

Then I took my C'est la vie Cerise Lindy's Stamp Gang Spray from
the Tres Chic Collection and sprayed a few

I know there's probably a fancy tool for this, but I just get close to
the little puddle and blow to get me spray splatters. :) Then I took
my Gelatos® Double Scoop® Black Licorice and went
around my mask with a few scribbles.

I got a little water on my finger, and blended out theGelatos® Double Scoop® Black Licorice.

I removed my mask. I love how you can see the Gesso and patterned
paper in the word. The Black outline really makes it stand out.

After drying with my heat tool, I added the Gelatos® Double Scoop® Black Licorice directly to
my IndigoBlu Bubbles Background Stamp. Using
a damp fingertip, I rubbed the ink around then stamped a few
times here and there. After drying, I added some crackle accent over
the stamped bubbles.

Then I sprayed the Café au Lait spray, also from Lindy's Stamp Tres Chic Collection, above the
black over the 'Adore'.

Using a paint tray, I added some Faber-Castell Whipped Spackle into one of the
little pockets then colored it with some of my  C'est la vie Cerise Lindy's Stamp Gang Spray
and mixed it to create this gorgeous color!

I laid my Crafter’s Workshop Mini Cubist Stencil down, and
applied my colored Whipped Spackle.

Then I decided to spray  C'est la vie Cerise Lindy's Stamp
Gang Spray
across the page and let it drip down. I did
this about 3 times. Each time the spray dripped into my 'Adore', I
would wipe it out so the wording had more of the original paper to

I used this photo strip of my daughter and her best friend and added
some embellishments.

**I added more stamped bubbles to the bottom corner of the Adore.

I love the way this turned out. I hope you are all inspired and ready
to create!

Have a beautiful day!
